I’m Gaining Weight!

Skipping or jumping rope is an excellent cardiovascular workout. It can improved our muscle and bone strength, cardio fitness and flexibility. If you skip for 15 or 20 minutes, it can burn off the calories in a whole candy bar! For me, it is a cheap and fun way of getting fit. You don’t need a gym membership, bike, treadmill or etc. All you need is a jump rope and the best part is, you can do it anywhere. This is the main reason why I skip a lot lately. er..I guess so..


So, when I weigh myself today, I’ve received a shocking results. My new weight is 88kg from 84kg and I’m not really sure what is wrong!! With a height of 180cm, I think I’m overweight!! No wonder I become tired all the time for no apparent reason lately. I thought I can lose weight with skipping but I ended up GAINING weight! Why ha?? Siao lah! er.. by the way, I eat 4 “Gardenia Roti Krim” with Milo when I wrote this post. Who should be blamed? Not me, right? *Whistling*

Now it’s time to get serious Naz! Eat less and exercise more!
