Today, one of my online friends ask me about Twitter. Below are the conversation between me and her :

She: Twitter tu apa kejadahnya? (what is Twitter?)
Me: Setahu aku, Twitter tu Microblogging services. Ko boleh update anything yg ko nak share pada sesiapa jer.
(As far as I know, Twitter is microblogging services. You can update anything that you wanna share with the others.)
She: Ha?
Me: ……. erm..er..ko try la Google. (try Google)
She: Hampeh la ko ni!! (you are useless!)
She: Ok. Bagi aku 10 sebab kenapa ko join Twitter? (Ok. Give me 10 reason why you join Twitter?)
Me: er..rasanya Pakcik Google lagi bijak daripada aku. (er.. I think Uncle Google are better than me)
She: Grrrrrr (angry emoticons)
Me: lariiiiiiiiiiiii (run)

Poor me.. Now, I feel a bit guilty to her. So, this is my 10 reasons, why I use Twitter:
- It’s FREE and fun(sometimes).
- It’s easy to use.(no technical know-how is needed!)
- Blog exposure/Traffic to my blog.
- SEO advantage! As I can see right now, all Twitter pages rank really high on major search engine. This is good!
- Share/Learn something new.
- Meet new people.
- Get updated with the latest news and events.
- Money! (Join Sponsored Tweets and Churp Churp to make some money on Twitter)
- Expose my “dumbness”! (so that I can improve myself.ha?)
- Twitter is everywhere!
